Relationships are at the core of our emotional well-being, I support individuals, couples, and families in building more secure, connected relationships—especially where neurodiversity, cultural differences, or complex life transitions are part of the picture. Supporting neurodiverse and intercultural individuals and relationships, online across the UK and Europe and in person in Cheltenham.
I'm here guide you on a powerful journey of self-discovery and deeper insight into your relationships and into yourself. I offer compassionate Family Therapy, Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy in German language for German expats living in the UK and Europe.

You might be feeling stuck in the same arguments, misunderstood in your relationship, or disconnected from yourself or others. As an Integrative Psychotherapist with training in Family & Couples Therapy, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help create more clarity, connection, and emotional safety.
I work best with:

When your relationship feels like it’s falling apart…
The love you once shared feels distant.
The spark is gone, and intimacy has faded.
Arguments seem to happen over everything — or there’s only silence.

Family life isn’t always easy.
No matter how much love there is, it can feel messy, complicated, and overwhelming at times.
Arguments that never seem to end.
Tension that hangs in the air.
Misunderstandings and hurt feelings.

Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, your emotions, and the patterns that shape your relationships. I work with individuals navigating relational difficulties, life transitions, neurodiversity, and intercultural experiences, supporting a deeper sense of clarity and connection.

I offer therapy in German for individuals and couples living in the UK or navigating life between cultures. Speaking in your native language can make it easier to access emotions and express yourself more fully, especially when dealing with complex or relational issues. This approach tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs, promoting balance, self-awareness, and lasting personal growth.

These models explore communication patterns, roles, and stories to help create healthier connections and meaningful change in relationships.
