Relationships are at the core of our emotional well-being, and I am inspired by the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen their bonds.
I'm here to support you on a powerful journey of self-discovery and deeper insight into your relationships and into yourself. I offer compassionate Family Therapy, Couples Counselling and Parents Coaching.

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist offering a variety of different approaches as well as trained in Family & Couples Psychotherapy with extensive experience working with a diverse and multi-ethnic range of clients. I particularly enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals, couples and families.

When your relationship feels like it’s falling apart…
The love you once shared feels distant.
The spark is gone, and intimacy has faded.
Arguments seem to happen over everything — or there’s only silence.

Family life isn’t always easy.
No matter how much love there is, it can feel messy, complicated, and overwhelming at times.
Arguments that never seem to end.
Tension that hangs in the air.
Misunderstandings and hurt feelings.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients.

Parenting is tough.
No manual, no pause button, no perfect answers.
Some days it feels like you’re just about holding it all together — dealing with tantrums, big emotions, constant battles, or worrying if you’re getting it “right.”
You don’t have to face it alone.
The self is composed of multiple parts, each with its own unique role and purpose. Carolin utilises IFS to help clients explore and integrate these parts, fostering inner peace and promoting self-compassion.
Neurodiversity affirming therapy supports individuals in understanding and embracing their unique neurocognitive profiles including ADHD and ASD. Helping you tackle challenges and giving you coping strategies
Inter-racial couples therapy supports partners in exploring the unique dynamics that arise from differing cultural, racial, and social backgrounds. It helps couples strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build a shared relationship identity grounded in respect and cultural awareness.
Carolin draws from Integrative and holistic therapy which combines techniques from different therapeutic approaches to address the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. This approach tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs, promoting balance, self-awareness, and lasting personal growth.
Carolin uses Systemic psychotherapy and draws on models such as Family Systems, Structural, Strategic, Emotion-focused, Narrative, and Solution-Focused approaches to understand people within their relational and social contexts. These models explore communication patterns, roles, and stories to help create healthier connections and meaningful change in relationships.

I work from a light and spacious therapy office which is a separate building next to my home and has toilet facilities, free parking, a separate entrance and is located 2 miles from Canterbury within easy reach of Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Margate.
I offer therapy in both Englisn and German.

Choosing a therapist is deeply personal. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to meet, explore your needs, and see if we’re the right fit. No pressure — just a genuine connection.
